ENHANCEMENTS:
 - Implements chassis fan detect function:
    - If the chassis fan is not plugged in, the BIOS will alert with 10 beeps and then 
      shut down the system.
    - When chassis fan RPM goes below 500RPM, the BIOS will show a warning message.
    - Updates the CPU fan warning message (similar to chassis fan warning message).

 - Includes new 3-in-1 flash utility.

FIXES:
 - Corrects External Clock display values to 100MHz/133MHz/200MHz instead 
   of 400MHz/533MHz/800MHz.
 - Corrects a timing issue with the onboard LAN to increase stability.

HOW TO USE:
 
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 

3. Choose one of the three options presented -- "Create BIOS Flash Diskette", 
   "Create BIOS Flash DriveKey",  or "Flash System BIOS Now!".

4. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-
   extracting file downloaded in step 1.

WARNING: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR ATTEMPT TO REBOOT THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPDATE PROCESS!!!
