DESCRIPTION:  Contains the HP Remote Insight Lights-Out Edition II online Windows flash component dll, hprifls.dll.

Enhancements/Fixes:
1) Allows for the flash component utility to correctly recognize the RILOE II adapter if the
    HP Remote Insight agent is inactive and Survey/HP Insight Diagnostics is running.
2) Corrects return code if Remote Insight Lights-Out Edition II adapter is not installed.

HOW TO USE:
1. Create a directory on your hard-drive.
2. Copy this SoftPaq to this directory.
3. From this new directory, run SoftPaq to extract the necessary files.
4. Replace the file, hprifls.dll, in the Remote Insight Lights-Out Edition II online flash component for
    Windows, cp004707.exe, with the file from this softpaq.
5. Execute cpqsetup.exe from the flash component to update the firmware.
