Enhancements/Fixes:
   - Fixes issue where a connecting device could disappear from Bluetooth Services
     after Standby or after a system restart.
   - Modifies setup program to eliminate error indicators (yellow question marks)
     in Device Manager when setup was used to uninstall this support software.
 
HOW TO USE: 

     1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to an empty directory on your hard drive.

     2. Run the SoftPaq executable and follow any on-screen instructions as the
        setup program is launched automatically to install the software.
