HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Installation should begin automatically. If it does not, run SETUP.EXE
from the download directory.

NOTE: For Silent Install, use the following command line:
      setup.exe /a factory -s
