 - Adds support for 3.2-GHz 1M Prestonia processor.

 - Updates microcode for F27, F29, and F24 Xeon processors to latest patch ids.

 - New SMI handler for better synchronization during interrupt processing.

 - Optimizes MTRR settings for large memory configs.

 - Fixes flash problem with some versions of phlash16.

 - Adds code to clear the Drive Parameter tables on SCSI systems. 

 - Fixes problem with Lan Cards PXE after RPO.

 - Helps string changes in Setup.

 - Fixes shutdown lockup with PCI cards with certain bridges.

 - Fixes s1/s4 lockups for certain configurations by moving shutdown processing to 
   Sleep Enable hook.

HOW TO USE: 

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded
is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number
listed on at the top of this document.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file
downloaded in step 1.

4. The README.TXT file details the two methods of BIOS updating and the crisis
recovery method.
