DESCRIPTION:  Insight Management MIBs, version 6.40

   This softpaq requires a version of Insight Manager 7 already be
   installed.  It updates the following MIBS:

     cpqapli.mib   cpqclus.mib   cpqcmc.mib    cpqcr.mib     cpqfca.mib
     cpqhost.mib   cpqida.mib    cpqide.mib    cpqnic.mib    cpqrack.mib
     cpqreco.mib   cpqscsi.mib   cpqsinf.mib   cpqsm2.mib    cpqstat.mib
     cpqstde.mib   cpqstsy.mib   cpqthrs.mib   cpqups.mib    cpqwino.mib
     hpnr.mib      nsainfo.mib   symtrap.mib   


HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the
   self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the MIBs, run INSTALL.  This will stop the ProLiant
   Performance Analyzer and Insight Manager 7 services if they are
   running, compile the MIBs, and then start the Insight Manager 7 
   and ProLiant Performance Analyzer services.  This step may take
   up to an hour to complete.  Note that Insight Manager 7 will not
   be available during this time.

5. After a successful installation, you may delete the files unpacked
   in step 2 if you wish.
