IMPORTANT NOTES: - Within each add-on folder, there are four *.rsp script files and four corresponding folders. Two of these scripts/folders are to be used ONLY with Rapport 3.02 SP1 or SP2. The other two scripts/folders have "v4x" in the file name, meaning that these are to be ONLY used with Rapport version 4.x. - Before using Rapport 4.x to send a full image or individual feature add-on to a CE or CE .Net client, you should first send the Rapport v4.x CE or CE .Net agent to the client. This will ensure full Rapport 4.x functionality between the client and Rapport. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. 2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 3.
