HOW TO USE: 

1. Download this Softpaq into a directory on your drive.

2. Execute the Softpaq file and it will unbundle the drivers.

3.  Run the program "setup.exe" from the respective directory:
    NT4.0 - C:\SWSETUP\SP24435a\NT4\setup.exe
    Win98 - C:\SWSETUP\SP24435a\W9x\setup.exe

The modem drivers will be installed.
