           Updated to resolve issue on certain system boards where a blue screen 
           would occur under Windows 2000 with a message indicating 
           "The ACPI BIOS in this system is not fully compliant 
           with the ACPI specification."
           Due to this potential problem on certain system boards, 
           HP recommends that users upgrade to the 01/08/2003 ROM or newer, 
           and not run any previous System ROM Versions on these platforms.



HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP23369.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP23369 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP23369.EXE if you wish.
