1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. The setup program should execute automatically to install the modem driver.
   If necessary, run SETUP.EXE from the download directory 
   (the default location is C:\SWSETUP\SP23059a\NT4\setup.exe).
