TITLE: Workstations Windows XP Fix for Resuming From Standby

DESCRIPTION:
This contains a fix for the issue where the workstation models listed below running 
Windows XP may lock up when the computer tries to resume from Standby. This problem can 
occur if the PCI.SYS driver does not wait the required amount of time to access a device 
after power is turned on. For more details, see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 311542.
This fix is included in Windows XP Service Pack 1 and later.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.  The file downloaded is a 
self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files unpacked in step 2.

4. You must reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.
