DESCRIPTION:  Insight Manager 7 update to fix Certificate Requests

Enhancements/Fixes:

   - Certificate Signing Requests generated through the Insight Manager 7
     user interface were rejected by Certificate Authorities (CA) such 
     as Verisign because the Organization and Organizational Unit did not 
     match the name of the submitting company.  This softpack contains a 
     utility program to generate Certificate Signing Requests with the 
     desired Organization and Organizational Unit names.

                                              
HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPack to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPack Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the
   self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. Copy MXCERT.EXE to your Insight Manager 7 directory, typically 
   "C:\Program Files\Compaq\Compaq Insight Manager 7" or
   "C:\Program Files\HP\Insight Manager 7 SP2".

5. The MXCERT.EXE utility can be used to create Certificate Signing
   Requests.  View README.TXT for instructions on how to run the
   utility.

6. After a successful installation, you may delete the files unpacked
   in step 2 if you wish.
