Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. 2. From the location this softpaq is downloaded to, run the Softpaq executable file to extract an executable file with the name 'LE011228.EXE' to a defined directory. (Note: Default directory is C:\EvoBIOS) 3. Obtain a blank formatted floppy diskette and put into drive A. 4. Execute the extracted file 'LE011228.EXE' from the directory defined in step 2 and follow the on-screen instructions to create the bootable diskette. 5. Installation instructions: a. Connect the Evo N110 notebook to AC power. b. Place the bootable diskette from step 4 in drive A: c. Boot the system using the diskette. d. The System ROM will be updated with no user input needed. e. After the System ROM has been updated, power off the system. 6. The next time the notebook is powered on, the updates will be in effect.
