ENHANCEMENTS: 
 - Speedstep default settings now optimize performance when running under
   AC power and when running on the battery.
 
FIXES: 
 - Fixes an issue where the Speedstep settings were not changing when switching
   between battery power and AC power while in hibernation mode.
 
HOW TO USE: 

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is
    downloaded is an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaq file via Windows Explorer.

3.  Restart the notebook when the installation has been completed.
