DESCRIPTION:  This softpaq creates a diskette which contains
DOS/Windows 3.1 drivers for the Compaq NetFlex-3, NetFlex-3P, and
Netelligent 10/100 PCI network controllers on Professional Workstation
5000 Series computers.  These drivers allow the network  controllers
to function in various network environments.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2498.EXE.

2. Obtain one (1) formatted 1.44MB diskette and place it in one of your
diskette drives.

IMPORTANT: Only a 1.44 MB diskette can be used, other types of media
cannot be substituted.

3. Execute the SoftPaq file to create the diskette:  SP2498[ENTER]

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2498.EXE if you wish.

5. Refer to following files on the diskette for instructions on installing
and using the software:

   DOSODI.TXT for Netware Client installation instructions.
   MSCLIENT.TXT for Microsoft Client installation instructions.
   VINES.TXT for Banyan Vines Client installation instructions.
   WIN95.TXT for Windows 95 installation instructions.
   MSLANMAN.TXT for Microsoft LAN Manager installation instructions.
