ENHANCEMENTS:  
 - Enables data gathering message to be in sync with control panel.
 - Adds maximum timeout on shutdown.

FIXES:  
 - Fixes Power protection shutdown counter.
 - Reactivates the backup system's "Remind me later" feature.
 - Changes control panel to require hitting "Apply" to start/stop service.
 - Corrects the running of the "Tour" from previous versions of flash.
 - Removes dependency on ATL.dll.
 - Corrects Presario info center link in New Owner Advice message.
 - Changes Ping server to "ping.advisor.Compaq.com".
 - Changes FTP server to "ftp.advisor.Compaq.com".

HOW TO USE:  

1. Download SP19336.exe.

2. Double-click the SP19336.exe icon and follow the on-screen prompts.
