DESCRIPTION:
This Softpaq fixes a problem with the Windows XP Remote Assistance SLP. This Microsoft
issue may show up in the Compaq Evo models listed below. When you try to establish a 
Remote Assistance session, you may receive the following error message:

   You have been disconnected from "name" computer.

HOW TO USE: 

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded
is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number
above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files unpacked in
step 2.

4. You must reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.
