DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq contains the Compaq NIC Agents for Linux - JLK.
              The SoftPaq includes a cmanic-jlk-5.30.0.txt file with step-by-step
              installation instructions.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that
    directory.  The file that is downloaded is a tgz file with a filename based
    on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  From that drive and directory, type

	tar zxvf sp19652.tgz

    to extract the downloaded file.  The RPM and cmanic-jlk-5.30.0.txt files will be
    created in the current directory.

3.  After the RPM file is extracted, you may delete the SoftPaq file downloaded
    in step 1.

4.  Refer to the cmanic-jlk-5.30.0.txt for installation instructions in other information.
