DESCRIPTION:  This updates the System ROM on the Presario 14XL Series notebook models 
listed above.

Enhancements/Fixes:
 -  Updates System ROM to Version F.03 04-17-01.
 -  Fixes Windows 2000 Hibernate from Standby auto time out fail, 
    and Hibernate failure when Standby over 1 hour without AC_IN.  
 -  Fixes Windows 2000 issue where FnF3 did not function.
 -  Fixes unmute issue with AC97 PCM out.
 -  Fixes SODIMM RMA size detect error.
 -  Updates CPU D0-step.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded is 
    an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaq file via Windows Explorer and follow any on-screen
    instructions provided.

 CAUTION:  DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER DURING THE UPDATE PROCESS
