DESCRIPTION: This SoftPaq contains the Windows 2000 graphics drivers and utilities for 
NVIDIA Graphics controllers used in the Compaq models listed above. To determine if your 
system has an NVIDIA graphics controller installed, go to Start/Settings/Control Panel 
and double click Display. When the Display Properties window appears, select the Settings 
tab. The display controller will be identified.

ENHANCEMENTS/FIXES:
 - Fixes Power Management issues.
 - Enhances and fixes issues with DirectX.
 - Optimizes performance.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on 
the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the self-extracting file 
downloaded in step 1.

4. To install, run the setup.exe file that is included with the unpacked driver.
