DESCRIPTION:  
This SoftPaq creates a single RPM used to provide a
driver for Compaq Management Cards (RIB or RILOE) for
Red Hat Linux 6.2 & 7.0, and Caldera OpenLinux eServer
2.3.1 server systems.  The SoftPaq
includes a README file with a description of the
distribution and step-by-step instructions to perform the
installation.


Enhancements:
- Provides the Compaq Remote Insight Driver which enables
the routing of SNMP traffic out of Compaq Management Cards
(RIB or RILOE) and exposes the Integrated Management Log of
the system.


HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and 
change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a
tgz file with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  From that drive and directory, type

	tar zxvf sp16250.tgz

to extract the downloaded file.  The RPM and README 
files will be created in a directory based on the
SoftPaq Number above.

3.  After the RPM has been created, you may delete the  
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the RPM, type
	
	cd sp16250
	rpm -ivh cpqrid-1.0.0-7.i386.rpm
