DESCRIPTION:  This Softpaq provides a software fix for the Presario models listed 
              above that have Creative 1373 Audio. The purpose of the SoftPaq is to:

	       - Put the Volume Control Icon (Speaker Symbol) back in the taskbar.

	       - Resolve the issue where the computer locked up while doing a 
                 selective restore of the Creative 1373 audio driver.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq into a temporary directory on your local drive.

2. Double-click on the downloaded file to extract the files.

3. The softpaq files will be extracted into the temporary directory and the SETUP 
   program will be started automatically.

4. Follow the dialog of instructions as they appear on the display.

5. Restart the system after completing the update. 

6. The temporary directory may be deleted.
