DESCRIPTION:  This is an update to the Windows 2000 modem driver for Compaq Notebook 100 
and Armada 100s notebooks.

Enhancements/Fixes: 
 - Improves reliability of Swedish ISP connections.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file to a directory on your hard drive. Note that all files 
   contained in the Softpaq will be extracted to this directory.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 

3. After the required files have been extracted, you may delete the 
   Softpaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. Execute the file Setup.exe from the download directory in step 1. This program
   will delete the exsisting modem driver. Restart the computer at the completion 
   of this program.

5. After restart the Hardware Wizard will be displayed. At the 'Install Hardware 
   Device Drivers' screen the device to be installed should be 'PCI simple 
   communications controller'. Choose 'Search for a suitable driver...' and click
   Next. At the 'Locate Driver Files' screen check 'Specify a Location' and click
   next. When ask for a location, browse to the directory in step 3 to continue 
   the installation of the new driver.
