DESCRIPTION:  This Softpaq contains the Presario Accton NIC driver for 
Windows Millennium and Windows 98 SE for the Presario PCs listed in PRODUCTS AFFECTED.  
There are no enhancements included from the original.  This Softpaq is 
provided for customer convenience or for advanced users.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq file SP15530.EXE to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Save your documents and exit your applications. It is suggested that you restart
   your computer once you have installed the drivers.

3. Execute SP15530.EXE and follow the instructions on the screen.  It will prompt 
that it will unzip files into "C:\windows\" directory.  Click "Unzip" to begin this process.

4. The necessary driver files to operate the Accton NIC card will be automatically 
copied to the corresponding "INF" and "System" directories.
