DESCRIPTION:  This version of the BaySwap Utility fixes issues where one of the 
              Presario notebook models listed above could lock up when:
                   - recovering from Hibernation mode
                   - entering Standby mode while connected to the modem
                   - forced into Hibernation while downloading files using the 
                     Network Interface Controller (NIC)

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is downloaded is an 
    executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaq file via Windows Explorer and follow any on-screen 
    instructions provided.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER DURING THE UPGRADE PROCESS!
