DESCRIPTION:  This is the Compaq H/PC Unlock Key Utility for the Aero 8000 and 
C-Series Handheld Computers.  If an administrator password has been enabled, 
the handheld PC enters Lockout mode after the fifth unsuccessful attempt to enter 
the password.  To gain access again, the administrator password or the unlock key 
(a character combination) must be entered.  This utility generates an unlock key 
for customers who have unsuccessfully attempted to enter their password a fifth time.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
   The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename 
   based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
   Entering "Y" to confirm the unpacking of files creates a new directory 
   folder in the download directory.  All files are unpacked into this 
   newly created directory.

3. Run the Unlinst.exe file from the newly created directory in step 2
   to install the Unlock Utility on your PC.

4. Read the information contained in the README.TXT for the latest information
   about using Enhanced Security on the Handheld and using the Unlock Utility.

5. If desired, remove the SP15016.exe and Unlinst.exe files from your hard drive.
