SoftPaq includes readme files with step by step instructions to perform the upgrade. Enhancements/Fixes in version order: From version 2.0 to 2.6: - Fixes firewall support of PPTP. - Fixes disk error that occurs when both removable hard drives are formatted as expansion or backup drives. - Fixes cpio error resulting from an attempt to restore disk2 even when disk2 was not physically present in the drive bay. - Fixes ISDN timeout problem by adding timeout values of 2 minutes, 3 minutes, and 4 minutes. - Fixes hard drive corruption problem that sometimes occurs after a power loss. From version 2.7 to 2.8: - Fixes a failure to properly negotiate the download of some packets. - Fixes a failure to deliver some mail due to a missing header line. HOW TO USE: 1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. 2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. The patch and readme files will created in the current directory. 3. After the patch has been created, you may delete the SoftPaq file downloaded in step 2. 4. For installation instructions, refer to the readme file created. 5.
