DESCRIPTION:  This softpaq is the kernel patch for the 2.2.17 kernel tree to add the
	      CPQFCTS driver for the Compaq PCI 64-bit/66MHz Fibre Channel Host Adapter.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP14325.tar.gz.

2.  From that directory, unzip the file and untar the file:
    gzip -d SP14325.tar.gz [ENTER] 
    The following files should be created:
        sp14325.tar

    tar xvf sp14325.tar
    The following files should be created
	cpqfcTS1.3.4-for-2.2.17.patch
	readme.txt

3.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on installing the patch.
