DESCRIPTION:

The driver included in this diskette provides support for Compaq 
Remote Insight Board on UnixWare 7.x


HOW TO USE:

1. Download the  Softpaq  to  an empty directory on  your  hard  drive
   and  change  to  that directory.  The file that  is  downloaded  is
   SP14296.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the Softpaq
   file:
        SP14296 [ENTER]

   The following files should be created:

        QRST5.EXE
        216323US._01
        SP14296.TXT

3. Obtain 1 DOS formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

4. To create the Softpaq diskette, run QRST5  and  follow the on-screen
   instructions.

5. After the Softpaq diskette is created, you may delete the 
   downloaded file SP14296.EXE and the other files created on your
   hard drive if you wish.
