DESCRIPTION:  This Softpaq creates the Smart Array 5300 Support Diskette,
which contains the drivers that support the Smart Array 5300 Controller
under SCO UnixWare 7.x.

HOW TO USE:
                                            
1. Obtain one (1) formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
   to that directory. The file that is downloaded is an executable with 
   a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and 
   follow the on-screen instructions. The following files will be created:
      QRST5.EXE 
      195755US._01
      195755US.DOC

4. Please read 195755US.DOC for instructions on using QRST5 to create
   the diskettes and for the steps to install the software.

5. After the disks are created, you may delete the downloaded file
   SP14281.EXE and the other files it created from your hard drive if you
   wish.
