DESCRIPTION:  This SoftPaq is for Japanese products, and cannot be run 
in United States mode.  This SoftPaq creates two files -- a description
file and a self-extracting executable file.  The self-extracting executable 
file contains Compaq Foundation Agents for NetWare Version 4.70 (Japanese).

Enhancements/Fixes:

   Enhanced the Web Agent to allow the capability to modify the Novell
   'Set parameters' on a server running Novell's NetWare operating system.
   The server must be running Novell 4.x and have Novell's NetWare 
   Management Agents installed.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file 
and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.
The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed.
You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for 
the files, or default to the download directory.
The following files will be created:
       README.TXT
       NWFD470.EXE

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the  
self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. From the directory in which the files are created, execute the 
self-extracting executable:
       NWFD470.EXE [ENTER]

5. For installation instructions, refer to a README.TXT file.
