Notifying the user that an account is required for the Windows NT Management components and present the option to create a new account, use an existing account or cancel the install of the Windows NT Management components. 3. Allowing the installer to pass Command line options for a Username and Password so that the agents can be installed in silent mode. 4. Changing the privileges associated with the user account and retaining only the right to logon locally. 5. Removal of the existing PFCUser account, and prompt the user for a new account and password during an upgrade of the Windows NT Management components. HOW TO USE: 1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above. 2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files. The number of files to be created and total file size is displayed. You will be given the chance to specify the target directory for the files, or default to the download directory. 3. After the files have been created, you may delete the self-extracting file downloaded in step 1. 4. For installation instructions, refer to the README.TXT in the created directory. 5. After a successful installation, you may delete the files unpacked in step 2 if you wish. Copyright 1999, Compaq Computer Corporation. All rights reserved.
