DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks updated drivers to resolve the binding errors and 
blue screens that can result when Novell File and Print Services are 
installed on a system that has a Compaq NCxxxx Fast Ethernet or Gigabit NIC
installed and is running Windows NT.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is an self-extracting
executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
and follow the on-screen instructions.  Enter "Y" to confirm
the unpacking of files into the downloaded directory.

3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the
SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the drivers, replace drivers of the same name on
your system.

5. After the installation is completed, you may delete the files
unpacked in step 2.
