Note:  1. Depending on the status of network driver packages (Intel(R)
          PRO/100+ (eeE8) LAN Adapter driver, Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network
          Connection (e1008g) and Broadcom BCM5700 NetXtreme nic driver
          supplement (bcme)) in your system, they will either be installed
	  as an integral part of typical EFS package or by executing
	  pkgadd(1M) command separately.

ENHANCEMENTS AND FIXES:
1. Added support for NC320i PCIe Gigabit Server Adapter.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the tarball NicAgent-740a-uw7_osr6.tar.Z to the local directory on your
   hard drive, 
	for eg /tmp.
NOTE:  You can verify that you have valid HP Insight Foundation Agent by 
       using the UNIX sum -r command:

       # sum -r /tmp/NicAgent-740a-uw7_osr6.tar.Z

	The following sum value should be displayed:

	64546	NicAgent-740a-uw7_osr6.tar.Z

2. Change to the downloaded directory. Uncompress and untar the tarball using 
   the commands :
   	uncompress NicAgent-740a-uw7_osr6.tar.Z
	tar xvf NicAgent-740a-uw7_osr6.tar
   This creates a directory cmanic under /tmp.

3. Change to that directory /tmp/cmanic. The following files will be extracted,
	cmanic.tar
	instnic
	  
4. Execute the following command to install the HP Insight NIC Agent.
	sh ./instnic
   Follow the on-screen instructions.
  
5. After the installation is complete, you may delete the downloaded file 
   NicAgent-740a-uw7_osr6.tar and the files unpacked in step 3 from your hard drive.
	cd /
	rm -rf /tmp/cmanic

6. Reboot the server
	init 6.
