DESCRIPTION:  
Provides an RPM for installation of drivers supporting RedHat 7.3 
Professional Errata Kernel 2.4.18-4 and SuSE SLES 7 Errata Kernel 
2.4.18-131 (also displayed as 2.4.18-64GB) on the ML 310.

The user will need to follow the instructions included below.  
Additionally, the user will need to have already installed the driver 
that supports the base kernel.  These files may be found on hp.com as
SP19749 (for SLES 7) and SP21810 (for Redhat 7.3 Professional).

HOW TO USE:
1.  Download the RPM to a directory on your hard drive and change 
    to that directory.

2.  Refer to the installation instructions below for how to install
    the drivers.


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1.  Ensure that the driver listed for your particular Operating
    System in the Description section above has been loaded.

2.  Ensure that the proper errata kernel has been installed on 
    the unit.  DO NOT reboot the system at this point.

3.  RPM the driver by typing 
    "rpm -ihv lsi_megaide_drvr_v2.26b-2.i386.rpm ".  

3.1 The RPM will determine which OS and errata kernel you had
    previously installed and will complete the installation if the 
    correct components were discovered.

4.  Reboot to the new lilo/grub entry.
