DISCLAIMER:
        Installing this software on OS versions or the ProLiant Servers
        other than those listed may result in unexpected behavior.

Note:   Intel(R) PRO/100 Network driver(eeE), Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network
        driver(eeG) and Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet Network driver(bcme)
        will not be installed by default during EFS installation. To
        install these drivers, run hpnicinstall command provided by EFS.
        For more details on this command, refer to hpnicinstall man page.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:

Any system running one of the listed Operating Systems.
               
Installation Notes:
     
1.	Log into SCO OpenServer 5.0.7 system as user "root".

2.	Execute "create_disks" script to create BTLD and VOL images.

3.	Invoke "Software Manager(custom)" by executing "custom".

4.	Press tab and select,
	"Software -> Install New... -> <*> From <Local host>".

5.	In "Select Media" window, select "Media Device: Media Images"
	and enter /tmp/EFS-5.70a/EFS when prompted for Image Directory
	& continue with the installation of EFS-5.70a. Alternatively you
	can also use "Floppy Disk Drive 0" as the "Media Device" and
	install EFS using EFS diskettes.

6.	For more details on EFS, please refer to README.txt.

CONTENTS OF TARBALL:

	create_disks script - Script to create BTLD and EFS diskettes

	README.txt - File containing instructions for installing EFS

	RELEASE_NOTES.txt - This file

	EFS - directory containing BTLD and VOL images

NOTE: hp ProLiant Extended Feature Supplement 5.70a for SCO OpenServer 5
      is also available in softpaq format (SP31210.EXE) on www.hp.com.
      This can be downloaded to a Windows system and used to create
