DESCRIPTION:  HP Systems Insight Manager 5.0 Update 1 for Linux

   This softpaq updates "HP Systems Insight Manager 5.0" with
   the following fixes:
     - Fixed SIM trust issue where trust with managed systems was sometimes
       broken and could not be established even though it was properly 
       configured.
     - Miscellaneous bug fixes.

                                              
HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the TAR file to its own directory on the system with 
    HP Systems Insight Manager 5.0 installed. 

2.  Ensure that you are logged in as the "root" user to the system. 

3.  Change directories to the directory to which you saved the TAR file. 

4.  Expand the TAR file using the following command:  
        tar -zxvf SIM50up1-linux.tar.gz

5.  Change the permissions of the installation script to allow the root user to run it.
    This can be done using the following command: 
        chmod u+x install

6.  Run the script as follows: 
        ./install

7.  After a successful installation, you may delete the files unpacked
    in step 4 if you wish.  The entire update could take about 30 minutes.
