cp006375.exe - HP Network Configuration Utility for Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions, v8.37.0.0 

Enhancements
This software now supports the NC325m and NC326m mezzanine cards. 
This software now supports TCP Offload Engine (TOE) on Multifunction adapters, which reduces the CPU cycles required to process incoming network traffic by shifting processing of TCP/IP from the server CPU to the adapter. 

This software now supports Receive Side Scaling (RSS) on Multifunction adapters, which enables dynamic load balancing of incoming traffic across CPUs. 

This software now supports an iSCSI VLAN when the IP address is configured statically, which limits designated messages (iSCSI) to a specific network path, aiding performance and security.
