HOW TO USE:

1.  Download this .ZIP file on your server.

2.  Unzip the contents to a directory on your hard drive.

3.  Enter the command below:  
 
	[root@localhost]# rpm -ivh --force ipmidrv.rpm
	  Preparing...   ########################################### [100%] 
	  1:ipmidrv      ########################################### [100%] 

4.  After installation, you can query the file list by the rpm command shown below:
 
	[root@localhost]# rpm -ql ipmidrv 
	  /etc/rc.d/init.d/ipmidrv 
	  /lib/modules/2.4.9-e.3/kernel/drivers/misc/ipmi.o
	  /lib/modules/2.4.9-e.3smp/kernel/drivers/misc/ipmi.o

5.  After you have installed IPMI driver, there are several startup script files added, and they are
    /etc/rc3.d/S20ipmidrv, /etc/rc4.d/S20ipmidrv and /etc/rc5.d/S20ipmidrv, they are all linked to 
    /etc/init.d/ipmidrv. They can be viewed as shown below:  

	[root@localhost /]# ls -l /etc/rc3.d/S20ipmidrv 
	  lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 Oct 2 13:45 /etc/rc3.d/S20ipmidrv -> ../init.d/ipmidrv
