DESCRIPTION:    This package contains the teaming driver for HP ProLiant 
                DL140 server.  This driver allows you to combine the dual GbE
                Ethernet ports to behave as one.

HOW TO USE:

1.   Download the ZIP file and unzip the contents into a temporary directory
     on the DL140 server.

2.   Run SETUP.EXE to install the control program and the teaming driver.

3.   When the setup screen shows which feature will be installed, make sure the
     BASP checkbox is checked along with Control Suite.  Click NEXT to continue and
     follow any prompts.

4.   When finished, open the Windows Control Panel and run Broadcom Control Suite.

5.   To create a team, under Tools, select Create a Team and follow the screen
     prompts.
