Unzip the contents to a directory on your hard drive. From that drive and directory, execute the file BIOS_V[version].EXE Prepare a blank and formatted 3"1/2 disk. Insert the disk in your floppy drive. Press Enter, it will create the HP ProLiant ML150 BIOS Update diskette. Boot the server with the BIOS Update diskette in the floppy drive: it will automatically flash the BIOS from the diskette and reboot the server. Boot server with this diskette again after flashed BIOS and completed settings on BIOS SETUP menuitem, then serial number of system will be restored to NVRAM and DMI of BIOS by this diskette. Remove the diskette from the floppy drive.
