1.) Extract the compressed files to the server harddrive or floppy diskette.
2.) Using the Windows Device Manager, select Other Devices.
3.) Right Click Ethernet Controllers and select upgrade drivers.
4.) Select "Install from a list or specific location"
5.) Select the destination location of the Broadcom NIC drivers: either harddrive or floppy.
