DESCRIPTION:
This Component Package contains the driver for HP ProLiant NC67xx and NC77xx Gigabit Ethernet NICs running under Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

Enhancements/Fixes: 
1) This driver now supports the NC7782 NIC.
2) This driver resolves a blue screen error caused by the miniport driver (q57xp32.sys) when the system experiences low resource conditions with LSO (Large Send Offload) enabled on NC67xx/NC77xx adapters.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the Component Package to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file. You will be given
   the option to extract or install the new drivers.

3. After the files have been extracted or installed, you may delete the
   Component Package file downloaded in step 1.
