DESCRIPTION:
This Component Package contains the Gigabit Miniport driver for HP
ProLiant NC67xx/NC77xx Gigabit Ethernet NIC Driver for Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

Enhancements/Fixes: 
Added the following:
  * Support for NC7761 and NC7771.
  * UID support when used in conjunction with the teaming utility.
Enhanced the installer for multiple adapter installations.
Resolved a hibernation issue in which a system cannot be woken up after being shutdown.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the Component Package to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file. You will be given
   the option to extract or install the new drivers.

3. After the files have been extracted or installed, you may delete the
   Component Package file downloaded in step 1.

4. After the installation is complete, reboot the server.
