DESCRIPTION:
This Component Package contains a Gigabit Miniport driver for Windows 2000.

Enhancements/Fixes:
Updated category IDs.
Added support for the HP NC6170 and NC7170 Dual Port Gigabit Server Adapters and new features associated with them.
Resolved potential process hang during a miniport update or when a network team is created or dissolved.
Updated installer to disallow 32-bit drivers/applications from installing on 64-bit operating systems.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the Component Package to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file. You will be given
   the option to extract or install the new drivers.

3. After the files have been extracted or installed, you may delete the
   Component Package file downloaded in step 1.

4. After the update or installation is complete, reboot the server.
