A log of this Install can be found at:
/var/tmp/Trunking.install.2006.09.20
I checked the instance numbers for the ce interfaces:-
# grep ce /etc/path_to_inst
"/pci at 9,700000/network at 2" 0 "ce"
"/pci at 9,600000/network at 1" 1 "ce"
I then unplumbed the ce0 and ce1:-
# ifconfig -a
lo0: flags=1000849<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4> mtu 8232 index 1
inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000
ce0: flags=1000863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4> mtu
1500 index 2
inet 172.29.216.232 netmask fffffe00 broadcast 172.29.217.255
ether 0:14:4f:1e:81:f9
ce1: flags=1000862<BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4> mtu 1500
index 3
inet 172.29.216.232 netmask fffffe00 broadcast 172.29.217.255
ether 0:14:4f:1e:81:f9
# ifconfig ce0 unplumb
# ifconfig ce1 unplumb
I then ran:-
# /etc/opt/SUNWconn/bin/nettr -setup 0 device=ce policy=1 members=0,1
