Yes, I do. I tried the Solaris 10 DVD 3/05 and typed "boot cdrom". Same
result.

Yes, it is a Sun internal DVD drive.

As it also doesn't work with "real" DVDs, I don't think that the
media are bad.
I now did:
s11nfs2co> setdefaults

So, this didn't work either :/ I had the original Sun DVD Solaris
10 3/05 inserted.
