[SunHELP] Can Solaris distribute CPU resource dinamically?

Hi, Gurus.

We have two Sun E4900, each E4900 has 2 SB 8 CPU, each host run one
Application.
Host A run App A, host B run App B, each host use 8 CPU to run its
Application.
Sometimes(for example, host B crash), App B will failover to host A.(we
use VCS)
When failover occur, We want host A use 6 CPU to run its App A and
distribute 2 CPU to run App B.
Can Solaris do it?
