I was talking about the: Ultra45 (1.6GHz UltraSPARC IIIi, 4 x 146GB - 15000
RPM SAS disks, up to 4GB MEM,)

...not the Ultra450 (SPARCII)

The Ultra 450 is quite old and there are many versions. The basic version
only contains 4 slots for disks.
You have to buy the expansion controllers, so is the same as your V240.
