[SunHELP] root PATH env variable

I seem to be overlooking something.  Somehow PATH is getting set to the 
following for ROOT (/sbin/sh):
PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/ucb:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/bin
I have /etc/profile renamed, /.profile is empty and I dont see this in 
/etc/default/login.  Are there any other
files i'm not thinking of?  I know I can overide this in /etc/profile, 
but I'd like to figure out what is setting it.
Its almost like a previous compile using /usr/ucb/cc has something to do 
with it.
